Sponsorships for the AdironDUCK Race
Our sunny 2022 Duck Race brought out a great crowd!

Oswegatchie sets an annual goal of giving out more than $5,000 in cash prizes or gift certificates. We are always looking for businesses or individuals to aid in this effort, whether it be a monetary gift or gift basket for our ticket auction.
We have other major sponsorship needs including our entertainers, kid’s area, volunteer shirts, and breakfast sponsors. These are crucial sponsors and a great way to get additional recognition the day of the race! |
Our Penny Social/Ticket Auction is always a big hit on Duck Race Day, and is a great opportunity for local businesses to show their support! Attendees can purchase sheets of 26 tickets for $10, and drop their tickets into the bags of the prizes they would like to win. Anyone looking to donate a prize for this event should contact us at info@oswegatchie.org or call (315) 346-1222.

How we show our appreciation:
- All sponsors will be recognized with signage on the day of the race and businesses will be listed with a hypertext link on our website.
- Ticket auction prize sponsors will be recognized with signage on their donated item.
- All donors will be recognized for their donation with a year-end tax letter, as Oswegatchie Educational Center is a not-for-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization. This includes in-kind donations.
- In-kind value means the donation is not cash, but can still be given a cash value. For example, a bike donation may be valued at $125.
- Our website is viewed over 50,000+ times in one calendar year, including 30,000 views the day of the race. Our high traffic can also help push people to your webistes.
