AdironDuck Run 5k Walk or Ride! Registration Tent Opens at 8:00 AM
near the welcome sign! Race starts at 10 AM Free pancake breakfast with registration! |
Thank you to our founding sponsors, Terry & Cyndee Burton!
This event is timer-free and t-shirt-free, meant to be a fun time for all ages. The magnificent Long Pond Loop is the setting for a 5K featuring at least six different trail terrains, including double-wide truck trails, pavement, dirt roads, singletrack, and a suspension bridge. Mud puddles will be in the way, but so could ice, snow, boulders, or wildlife. Volunteers will be stationed at turning points, and a water station will be set up just before the halfway point. Some years it is 70 degrees on a hot duck race Sunday, and other years there is snow. Please RSVP online so we can plan accordingly for the recovery tent and volunteers on the trail. Showers are available in the Berkey Bath House.
2026 Update: The finish line will be moved closer to the main camp footprint.
