Employee Recognition

Employee Recognition

Employee recognition programs are methods for recognizing the accomplishments of deserving employees and teams within a company. These activities aim to boost workers’ morale, retain talent, and create a bond between workers and the organization. Acknowledging your employees’ efforts is an easy way to build your professional community.
The Oswegatchie Educational Center offers two options for employee recognition.

Option #1: As an employer, you could purchase a “yellow duck” for each employee at $10 each. This is a straightforward strategy that allows employees to receive something, with the possibility of winning something greater. Winners do not have to be present to claim their prize.

Option #2: For the cost of $20 per employee, every employee in your business will receive a yellow duck, a pancake breakfast coupon, and an entry into our AdironDUCK 5K Trail Run  This total package is worth $40; however, your cost remains just $20 per employee  Winners do not have to be present and participation in the 5k is not mandatory.
Every yellow duck is numbered, and employees are assigned a corresponding number. Buyers can pay online or by check. Ducks are not issued till payment is secured by Oswegatchie. We will work with you to complete the task. We have up to 4,000 ducks available in this program.

The AdironDUCK Race is an integral part of Oswegatchie’s year-round program of events. The funds raised go directly to support the summer camp program. When you buy ducks online, you can earmark your support to a specific NY FFA chapter.
